Typically, we don't accept cancellations if you've changed your mind on a product, so look at the product page clearly and make sure you'd like it before you order! If there are any exceptional circumstances please send an email and we'll handle it case-by-case.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will send a replacement, no questions asked.
Shipping within the UK takes 2–4 working days. If you require it quicker, such as guaranteed next day, please contact us.
Internationally, delivery can take anywhere between 5 days and 3 weeks, and in rare cases up to a month. Generally expect to receive it in a couple of weeks. Once it has left the UK it will be handled by your country's local postal service.
A product is considered lost 1 week after its lower estimated delivery date for UK orders (9 days), and 1 month for international orders (35 days). Once this time elapses, contact us and we will resend your order, no questions asked.
Please be aware of the potential for unavoidable delays in shipping, and refrain from purchasing something on a very tight timeframe if you would require a refund should it not arrive in time.
Tracking is not provided as standard, as the cost to ship inflates significantly — to the point where it is more sustainable for us to resend a missing product than to track every parcel. This allows us to maintain flat-rate shipping (already provided at a loss internationally).
If you require tracking for a specific reason, contact us and we can arrange that. Larger orders and custom printing orders will typically be sent tracked depending on value.
